I randomly decided to check out the Phoenix Fan Fusion website today and to my surprise, it was given a make over and had a lot of information in regards to the 2022 convention. Before we get to it, I just wanted to remind you that with this information being posted 6 months out, I’m sure everything is subject to change.
COVID-19 Update
Phoenix Fan Fusion has posted the following in regards to COVID protocols
“Per the Phoenix Convention Center COVID-19 Operating Plan there are no restrictions on attendees, nor required proof of vaccination status, in order to attend an event at the Phoenix Convention Center.
In accordance with CDC guidelines unvaccinated individuals should continue to practice social distancing. Face coverings are recommended indoors for all individuals regardless of vaccination status.“

As a note, based off this wording, I think the Hall of Heroes will be in the normal lower level exhibitor hall like how it was before it moved to the top floor of the convention center. Based off this, this is why I believe that:

Badges
First off, there will be no on site badges solid, only online for 2022. Second, only VIP memberships will be mailed, all other memberships will be redeemed on site. If you don’t have your badges still from the cancelled 2020 convention, you can currently purchase your membership now with a variety of options:
Single Full Event Membership – $90 ($102.36 after Tax + Service Charge)
Friday Membership – $40 ($45.56 after Tax + Service Charge)
Saturday Membership – $55 ($62.61 after Tax + Service Charge)
Sunday Membership – $50 ($56.92 after Tax + Service Charge)
Sidekick (ages 3 – 12) Membership – $15 ($18.41 after Tax + Service Charge)
VIP Membership – $295 ($346.99 after Tax + Service Charge)
