One of the things I highly recommend if it is within your budget is to stay at one of the Phoenix Comicon host hotels during the con. Host hotels are ones that have partnered with Phoenix Comicon to offer rooms to attendees a slightly discounted rate via a special link that can be found here. This link does not have the 2018 information posted just yet but this guide will hopefully help you determine which hotel to select based off your needs. In the past, Phoenix Comicon has offered hotel discounts to seven different hotels but I would like to concentrate on four: Hyatt Regency Phoenix , Renaissance Phoenix Downtown , Sheraton Grand Phoenix , and Westin Phoenix Downtown. These are the four closest to the Phoenix Convention Center (and coincidentally, I have stayed at all four) and I want to give some details on each hotel to help you decide which to stay in whether you are coming from out of state or from across town. More options will be available once the hotel sale kicks off on November 17th at 10AM!

Other notes: Hosts official Phoenix Comicon events that run late into the night/morning. Usually sells out quick and there can be a line at times to use the elevators. Super convienent location as it is located behind the West building of the Phoenix Convention Center. Features one of the coolest restaurants in the city.
