Phoenix Comicon Fan Fest is a month away and news is starting to roll in and we have a glimpse of what to expect in the third of year of Fan Fest.

Update: Honestly, Fan Fest guest lineup is shaping up to be really strong. Added to the schedule since this initial post has been Arthur Darvill from Legends of Tomorrow and Doctor Who. Just announced as well is Brett Dalton from Agents of Shield. Fan Fest also has another Stranger Things alum joining Millie Bobbie Brown as Sheriff Hopper, David Harbour, will be making an appearance. 




I’ve been critical about the radio silence from the con in regards of announcements (I’m sure the small turn around from Phoenix Comicon to Fan Fest has had something to do with it) but here we are and it looks promising. The hottest new show of the summer, Stranger Things, will have a presence at Fan Fest as Millie Bobby Brown will be visiting the valley. Supernatural and Star Wars are also represented with actor Tahmoh Penikett and puppeteer Tim Rose.

A nice variety of panels have already been posted and the weekend seems to offer nice choices to keep yourself entertained outside of the exhibit hall. Despite the location change, the date change, the time it took for guest info, I’m excited for Fan Fest this year. If it’s not looking interesting for you, hang in there, I’m sure more guests and programming will be announced through out September. 🙂
