Just a few photos from the first day of Comic and Media Expo. It was a half day so some booths were late setting up so not too much excitement but I expect Saturday to be a different story. Sat in on the Dante Basco and Janet Varney Q&A as both are voice actors on Avatar/Legend of Kora. The panel was surprisingly really entertaining and while some of the panel was about Kora, the majority of it was about other topics and quite funny. The panel was only to last an hour but ended up going an hour and half, afterwards was the “Riddle’s Messy Closet” panel featuring Riddle from Heroes of Cosplay as well as local cosplayers Lindsay Elyse and Jaze Cosplay. A lot of talk about cosplay materials, experiences at other conventions and interactions with fans.
