Back in my childhood of the late 80s/early 90s, it was hard to ignore all the cartoons with catchy theme songs. One that fell in that category was Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers and because I liked the show, I had to have the game, like any normal child.
Developed my Capcom, Chip and Dale RR was a co-op adventure through a ton of stages that were both challenging and fun.
A common theme among many of my favorite games is the music and this one was no different. Capcom produced some of the best soundtracks during this time and Chip and Dale can stand up to any NES soundtrack.
What’s different with Chip and Dale RR, as well as a few other licensed games, is that they were actually good. Some of the best games on the NES are licensed games and it’s just something that is uncommon now in video games.
Dust off your NES and hunt down a copy of Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers because it’s one of the better games on the NES.
