Every year I bring my cell phone charger to San Diego Comic Con and it never fails that I have to find an outlet in the corners of the convention center, away from all the excitement to charge my phone several times a day. This past year I finally broke down and purchased a portable cell phone charger and it was the best $20 I have spent in a long time.
These devices use double AAs (so just throw a ten pack in your bag) and will charge your phone without being cabled to a wall. Trust me, this thing is handy!
