I started this by writing a whole different article about my history of loving the work of Joe Jusko but it just went on for too long so instead, you’re getting this! Jusko, who famously produced all 104 paintings that turned into the 1992 Marvel Masterpieces trading cards, is coming to Tucson Comic-Con.

I’ve met Joe twice over the years and look forward to getting another signature from one of my all time favorite artists. Tucson Comic-Con is held at the Tucson Convention Center September 1 – 3 along side other talented artists and creators. Tickets are currently on sale at different price points and options but don’t wait too long, prices go up at the door.

And just because this was such a cool moment for me, here is a photo of me meeting Joe for the first time years ago at San Diego Comic-Con 2014. Joe would then take out his phone and show me some of the art he had been working on which was so amazing of him to do.
